How can your guests manage push notifications?

Accessing notifications

For your guests to access the notification settings they need to:

  1. Open the app and navigate to the start page of the hotel you're visiting.

  2. Look for the bell icon in the top-right corner of the screen. If you have unread notifications, this icon will display a badge indicating the number of unread messages.

Tapping the bell icon opens the Notification Center, where all notifications (read and unread) are displayed for easy access.
