🧠 In this article:

you will learn about all aspects of push notifications, including function, where to find them, and how to manage them effectively.

What are push notifications?

Push notifications are messages sent directly to your device to inform you about updates, reminders, or changes related to your stay. These notifications can include updates on activities, service bookings, or general hotel information.

Accessing notifications

To view notifications:

  1. Open the app and navigate to the start page of the hotel you're visiting.

  2. Look for the bell icon in the top-right corner of the screen. If you have unread notifications, this icon will display a badge indicating the number of unread messages.

Tapping the bell icon opens the Notification Center, where all notifications (read and unread) are displayed for easy access.

Using the Notification Center

The Notification Center is the central hub for managing your notifications:

  • View Details: Tap on any notification to see more details or navigate directly to the relevant section, such as a booking or activity page.

  • Clear Notifications: To mark all notifications as read, tap the “Mark as Read” button in the top-right corner. Individual notifications are marked as read when you tap on them.

The Notification Center ensures guests never miss updates, helping maintain an organized and stress-free stay.

Managing Push Notifications

Notifications are automatically sent based on your interactions with the app. For example, you'll receive reminders for activities you've booked or alerts if a reservation is modified or canceled. These notifications help guests stay informed and on schedule during their stay.
