With the the Guests feature, staff members can place a booking on behalf of a guest, and add this booking to the guest’s profile.
Once the booking is placed, it will appear in the guest’s app, providing them with up-to-date information about their reservations, as well as letting them manage it.
With PMS Integration: The guest profile will automatically exist, allowing staff to add bookings directly.
Without PMS Integration: Staff can add bookings to a guest’s profile only if the guest has already created their profile by entering their stay details in the app.
A PMS (Property Management System) integration allows the synchronization of guest data & bookings directly from your hotel’s PMS into Hotel MSSNGR. This ensures that guest profiles are automatically created and updated.

Step 1: Access the item you wish to book
Navigate to the item or service you want to book for the guest, for example, an activity.
Step 2: Add a booking
Click on the booking option for the selected item. The interface may vary slightly depending on the type of booking, but the process remains similar across features.
Step 3: Search for the guest profile
In the "Guest Search" field, start typing the guest’s name. The system will search for a matching guest profile and automatically fill in the guest’s information.
Step 4: Verify booking information
Make sure to verify is data is present in all required fields and add it if necessary. After pressing "Save", the booking will be placed and added to the guest's profile.
