Managing your Digital Signage content just got more transparent. With this latest update, we’ve:
Removed the filtering by Interests
Reworked the way you can add a single content item to your content sets
Removed Interests filtering
When working with Digital Signage content sets, you’ll no longer see the option to filter content by Interest. Now, you’ll get to manually select which content goes into which content set.
This keeps things simple and makes it much easier to know exactly what’s playing on each screen.
No need to worry about existing streams. We’ve kept your previous content in their respective sets, everything stays in place.
Adding individual content items to existing content sets
When editing a content item, you’ve always been able to add it directly to a Digital Signage stream, and that option is still there, just with a smarter setup.
At the bottom of each content item, under Digital Signage Settings, you'll see two options:
Show in Digital Signage default stream
Tick this if you want the item to appear on all signage streams that don’t use content sets (these are your “default” streams that show all Activities).
Content sets
Select one or more content sets to include this item in specific streams.
This gives you granular control and is ideal for targeted displays (e.g. sports area screen, spa lobby, etc.).
