Two new improvements have been released today: a sharper way to manage AI-generated translations and an optional new layer of security for your team.
AI-Translations: Content quality check & optional approval
We’re releasing a significant upgrade to our AI-translation feature, saving your team time while keeping guest-facing content complete, consistent, and on-brand in every language.
Content quality check
We're introducing the Content Quality page in your Hotel Settings. It shows you, language by language, where translations are missing on all core content types: Hotel Information, Services, and Activities.
The content quality check lets you switch between language tabs, spot gaps quickly, and get all translations complete in just a few clicks. We've also included invisible content so your seasonal updates don’t get left behind.
💡The Content quality check is only available for hotels using the AI-translation feature. Contact us for a free trial.
Translation approval by a human (optional)
For an additional quality check, you now have the option to review all AI translations for approval. All new translations needing approval will appear on the Content Quality page. By opening the items on the list, you can directly review, tweak, and publish them.
To activate translation approval, please contact us.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
If you’d like more secure logins for your staff, we now offer optional two-factor authentication, free of charge.
Once activated, staff will log in using both their password and a one-time code from an authenticator app (such as Google or Microsoft Authenticator).
To activate the feature, simply go to Hotel Settings/General and scroll to the Two Factor Authentication section.
💡Two-Factor Authentication only works when each user has their own login and device. Shared accounts can not be supported.
