September 2025 update: Outbound Messages

With Outbound Messages, we’re rebuilding the way you reach your guests. We are replacing the old push notification system and bringing everything together in one place for even smarter guest communication.

With this new feature, you decide exactly when and to whom the message is sent, while keeping the messaging history and impact transparent for your team. And as usual, if a guest hasn’t enabled push, they’ll find these messages in their Notification Center on the app.

💡Push messages that were already scheduled under the old system have been automatically migrated. They now appear in your Outbound Messages list, there’s no need to reschedule.


A few highlights:

  • Stronger visibility: See all scheduled and delivered messages at a glance.

  • Performance insight: Check open rates and how many guests were reached.

  • Flexible timing: Schedule an Outbound Message for a fixed date and time, with or without recurrence.

  • Content options: Send a quick message with no linked content, link it with a website, or with Hotel MSSNGR content.

  • Audience filters: Reach the right guests with precision. Target by distance from the hotel, guest interests, stay details, and more.

The feature is visible to users with Admin rights only.

We’ve also reshaped the left-hand navigation menu for a smoother experience. To start using the feature, simply go to your Data Management Hub and go to Message Center/Outbound messages.

Your scheduled and past messages are already waiting there. Now all you have to do is explore the new interface, create your first message, and see the difference.
