Admin
Can manage all content
Can manage all bookings
Can manage (add, edit and delete) users for this venue
Tip: Assign this role to colleagues you trust. Do not assign this role to junior colleagues or external partners. Can not be added to Booking Recipient groups.
Editor
Can manage all content
Tip: Assign this role to a colleague that should manage content, e.g., the marketing team.
This user cannot manage any bookings and cannot manage users.
Author
Can create but not publish content.
Tip: An Admin or an Editor can review and publish the content created by an author. Assign this role to a junior user, e.g., the marketing intern.
This user cannot manage any bookings and cannot manage users.
Booking admin
Can manage all bookings
Tip: Assign this role to a colleague to get access to all bookings, e.g., the reception.
This user cannot manage any content and cannot manage users.
Booking agent
Can manage those booking for which they are assigned as booking recipient
Tip: For each bookable content (Activity, Hotel Information or Offer), one user is assigned to be its booking recipient. Assign this role to a colleague to manage certain bookings, e.g., the F&B Manager or the external bike rental manager.
A booking agent cannot manage, any content or users or open/close a restaurant.
Templates user
Can only create activities from activity templates
Tip: Activity templates are set by your brand manager. A template user can only use these to create new activities. Assign this role to a junior colleague to set the times for the already described activities.
This user cannot manage any other content or bookings and cannot manage users.
Which user should I assign for users to manage both, content and bookings?
At the moment only the Admin can manage both, content and bookings. If you need a user to do both, please assign the Admin role. In the future, we will have modular user roles, giving you more flexibility here.
