Copying the hotel information or the offers from one venue into another venue is a great way if you have a new hotel and want to get it started. Or if you have a hotel with badly maintained contend.

Please note: Copying the hotel information / the offers only works if both, the source and the target venue has at least one venue admin.

1. Login to the Hotel MSSNGR backoffice with your brand users, https://www.hotel-mssngr.com/backoffice

2. In the lists of your venues, https://www.hotel-mssngr.com/admin/en/clients, go to the respective brand and click on "Edit":

3. Select "Copy directory" for hotel information or "Copy offers directory" for the offers:

4. Select the source venue from which you want to copy the hotel information / the offers:

Click on “Submit”

5. Select the target venue into which you want to copy the hotel information / the offers:

Click on “Submit”

This will copy the hotel information / the offers 1:1. All folders, all pages etc. will be copied.

6. Login to the target venue and go to the hotel information / the offers.
The new hotel information / offers is added to the bottom of the hotel information / offers.
If the target venue already has hotel information / offers content, this will still be available.

7. Now you are free to arrange the hotel information / the offers of the target venue as required.
