Your restaurants might not be able to accommodate as much guests as before. And some guests will want to order food to their rooms. Also, outside guests might want to order food for take away. With the service booking feature, you can let your guests place those orders.

1. Set up

1.1 Add an offer to the offer section:

1.2 Add a payment option

Add one ore more payment options. We suggest to use cashless payment, e.g. with PayPal. Just add your PayPal link to the description text and to the website field:

1.3 Make this offer bookable:

Make sure to add a field for every piece of information (telephone number, preferred pick up time, food order...) you need from your guest.

2. Booking via the app

The guest will find the according offer in the app:

They click "Send Request":

They fill in all the fields and hit "Send Request":

3. Manage the incoming requests

Your staff can manage the incoming requests. Either reception staff manages them on their desktop. Or F&B / restaurant staff manages them on a desktop or a tablet:
