With our new Kids Club Walk-in feature you can show them a QR code which directs them to the registration form.

Activities in conventions are now always shown and not limited by day scope
You are now able to show the programme of a convention to the participants no matter when it takes place.
Previously, the activities in a convention were limited by the day scope as normal activities. For conventions, we now show them always. You can now communicate the programme in a convention to your participants no matter whether it takes place next week or in half a year.

Guests are encouraged more to use the pinboard
When a guest has not used the pinboard before, they now find a better start screen explaining the pinboard better.
We have also improved the pinboard screen shown to the guests when no message has been posted on the pinboard yet.

The icons on the venue start page were very sharp on all devices. We have improved this.

For booking durations of 45 min and 1:15 hours the bookings are now shown better.
We have optimised how booking durations of 45 min and 1:15 hours are shown so you can read the room number and the last name fully. This goes also for long last names.

Bisher wurden die Aktivitäten in Veranstaltungen durch das Tageslimit beschränkt, sowie normale Aktivitäten auch. Wir zeigen Aktivitäten in Veranstaltungen jetzt immer an. Ab sofort können Sie das Programm einer Veranstaltung den Teilnehmern kommunizieren, egal ob die Veranstaltung nächste Woche oder in einem halben Jahr stattfindet.

Wenn Nutzer die Pinnwand bisher noch nicht genutzt haben, sehen sie einen besseren Startscreen, der die Pinnwand besser erklärt.
