The year is slowly coming to an end so we have started one last round and implemented some great updates for the month of December! Let's take look:
Refreshed look and usability for our mobile apps
For this release we mainly focused on the improvement of our mobile usability:
#1 Streamlined activity list view
Our UX team has been working on the activity list and has restructured it to make booking statuses and location clearer.
#2 Clear display of start and end time
If a start or an end time should not be displayed we have removed the additions "from" and "until" from the activity view:
#3 Fresh look for the detail page
With the new look of the detail page, the contact buttons moved to the top. All useful action buttons are now conveniently at the top of the page. Also the booking button on the detail page has been made sticky. This means that even when scrolling, your guests can easily book any time with just one click.
#4 Book items from shopping carts made easy
If you want the shopping cart to be the main focus for bookable items (such as a room service menue), make it mandatory! By doing so, the shopping cart will now pop up first, presenting your products in the most prominent way.
#5 Easy item delete
We made the deletion of items on the shopping cart more obvious: they can now delete them by clicking the minus - or just by swiping to the left.
Set up a straightforward booking form structure
To make the booking fields of your booking page clearer you can now use section headers. This allows you to differentiate categories, such as "Personal info" and "Additional info".
Set the section heads up by adding another form field, select "section heading" for field type and add a label, e.g. "Personal info".

Das Jahr neigt sich langsam dem Ende zu und wir haben noch einmal eine letzte Runde gestartet, um einige tolle Updates für den Monat Dezember umzusetzen!

Refresh für Look und Usability in den Apps
Für dieses Update haben wir uns vor allem auf die Verbesserung der mobilen Benutzerfreundlichkeit konzentriert:
#1 Optimierte Darstellung der Aktivitätenliste
Unser UX-Team hat sich intensiv mit der Aktivitätenliste auseinandergesetzt und einige Umstrukturierungen vorgenommen, um beispielsweise den Buchungsstatus und den Ort übersichtlicher und intuitiver zu gestalten.
#2 Eindeutige Anzeige von Start- und Endzeit
Wenn eine Start- oder eine Endzeit nicht angezeigt werden soll, haben wir die Zusätze "von" und "bis" aus der Aktivitätsansicht entfernt:
#3 Neuer Look für die Detailseite
Mit dem neuen Look der Detailseiten wurden nun alle nützlichen Buttons bequem am oberen Rand platziert. Zudem wurde der Buchungsbutton so umgestellt, dass er auch beim Scrollen jederzeit zu sehen ist. So können Ihre Gäste jederzeit mit nur einem Klick schnell und unkompliziert buchen.
#4 Shoppingcart: Verbesserte Zugänglichkeit
Wenn das Wählen von Produkten über einen Shopping Cart der Hauptfokus ihrer Buchung sein soll (wie beispielsweise sinnvoll bei Roomservicemenüs o.ä.), dann machen Sie das entsprechende Buchungsfeld obligatorisch. Auf diese Weise wird der Shopping Cart direkt geöffnet und Ihre Produkte so prominent wie möglich präsentiert.
#5 Intuitives Löschen von Produkten aus dem Shopping Cart
Wir haben das Löschen von Artikeln aus dem Shopping Cart überarbeitet: So können Sie nun entweder mit Klick auf das Minuszeichen löschen - oder einfach mit einer Wischbewegung nach links.
Übersichtliches Buchungsformular
Um die Buchungsfelder auf Ihrer Buchungsseite übersichtlicher zu gestalten, können Sie jetzt Bereichsüberschriften verwenden. Damit können Sie thematisch in Kategorien wie "Persönliche Daten" oder "Zusätzliche Informationen" unterscheiden.
Um eine solche Bereichsüberschriften einzurichten, fügen Sie bitte ein weiteres Formularfeld hinzu, wählen als Feldtyp "Bereichsüberschrift" und fügen Sie eine Bezeichnung hinzu, z. B. "Persönliche Daten".
