Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r.

In the box that appears, select Powerwash &gt; Continue.

Follow the steps that appear and sign in with the Google Account as specified in the <a href="http://help.hotel-mssngr.com/en/articles/3558035-digital-signage-setting-up-chromeboxes">initial setup instructions</a>.

1. Sign out of your Chromebook.
2. Press and hold Ctrl + Alt + Shift + r.
3. Select Restart.
4. In the box that appears, select Powerwash &gt; Continue.
5. Follow the steps that appear and sign in with the Google Account as specified in the <a href="http://help.hotel-mssngr.com/en/articles/3558035-digital-signage-setting-up-chromeboxes">initial setup instructions</a>.

If the Chrome Box is not registering or starting the Kiosk correctly anymore, it might need a factory reset, also known as "Power Wash"
