How to add Brand Interests

This article will explain how to create a filter that all of your venues can use

If you manage a brand with multiple hotels, it is possible to manage the interests for these venues centrally via Brand interests.

Brand Interests allow you to create a filter that can be used across all venues under your brand. This will allow you to save time by setting it up once at brand level and the venues just have to activate it on their end. It also ensures that all your venues use the same interests in the same order. Please note that it is possible to deactivate individual brand interests on the venue level as your hotels might need a slightly different set of interests.

Step 1:

Login to Backoffice and open your brand via the “Edit” button.

Step 2:

Click on the “Interests” link and you will be brought to the next page.

Step 3:

This is where a new or existing interest can be created/altered by selecting “New interest group”, or via the arrow button to modify an existing interest.

Optional: Setting up a new interest

Make sure to add a title and an icon.

Step 4:

Finally, click on Save and the place will now be visible and usable by the various venues under the brand you selected.

This is how it looks like on the venue level. With the action button, the interests can be enable or disabled as shown below:
