Learn how to enable HotelKit integration and sync all your service bookings to your HotelKit installation.
When a guest makes a Service request all form fields added to your service booking in the Hotel MSSNGR Admin Area including the Shopping cart will be transferred to HotelKit and can be managed there.

Obtain your customer key from HotelKit

Ask your HotelKit contact to enable the Hotel MSSNGR API access. You'll receive a customer key which you'll need to send to help@hotel-mssngr.com

We will now enable your integration.

Map each of your service requests in Hotel MSSNGR to a Hotel Kit Service Request Type

After enabling the HotelKit integration, you'll not be able to see incoming service requests in Hotel MSSNGR anymore, as they are now handled in HotelKit.

For each service request that you have configured, you'll need to choose one of the available Request types from Hotelkit:

  • Guest request

  • F & B

  • Room request

  • SPA

  • Reception

  • Restaurant

  • Kitchen

  • Housekeeping

  • Restaurant and Kitchen

Each Request type can then be mapped to different recipient groups in HotelKit.

Assigning recipients to the service request types

Now all service requests will be synched to HotelKit, but they won't be assigned to the correct recipients. To do that, go to the Admin Area in HotelKit:

Now, select "Hotel MSSNGR" in the API menu:

Now, you can click each of the available service types to assign recipients and add validity rules:

Done! Every incoming request is now automatically assigned to the correct recipients.
