How to activate push notifications

This guide explains how to activate the push notifications of your Hotel's App

Push notifications need to be allowed on your device for you to receive important updates about your bookings, reminders, and new information. This guide is here to help you quickly turn them on.

Android: Activate push notifications


Step 1: Access your browser's menu

Step 4: Tap on "Notifications"

Step 5: Switch the toggle to allow notifications

iOS (iPhone): Enabling blocked notifications

If you've blocked push notifications for the Web App added to your Home Screen, here's a simple guide to help you enable them again.

Step 1: Go to Device Settings and tap on Notifications

Step 2: Find the Web App named after the Hotel you are staying at

Scroll through the list of apps until you find the Web App of your hotel. Once you've located it, tap on it to enter its notification settings.

Step 4: Enable Notifications

Toggle the switch to "Allow Notifications" to ensure that push notifications are enabled for the Web App.

In the next screen, you can define the details of the push notifications

๐Ÿ’กPro Tip: Restart the App
If you've enabled notifications from your device settings but are still experiencing issues with receiving notifications from the Web App, try closing and reopening the App.

Microsoft Edge and Chrome: Enabling push notifications

Normally, when trying to enable notifications on the Microsoft Edge or Chrome browser, you should see a very obvious dialogue asking to enable pushes. Just click "Allow" and the system should work

However, depending on your settings, the notifications are shown "discrete", meaning there is only a very subtle dialogue that might be overlooked easily.

So if you don't enable push notifications, please check for a little bell icon in the URL bar. Click it to allow pushes:
