Depending on the rights you assign to different employees they can access different functions in the backoffice. Find out how to manage these user roles!

Step 1: Open section

You can manage your users in the section " Staff Users" in the menu bar on the left.

Step 2: List of users

Here, you see all users that have already been added. The column "Role" tells you, which rights these users have.

Step 3: New user

Now, let's create a new user! Please click on "Add new user" and enter the mail address of the new user. In the next step you have to define the role of your new user by selecting one from the dropdown menu.

You can choose between the following roles:

Admin: Can manage all content and all bookings. Can manage users

Editor: Can manage all content.

Author: Can add content. This needs to be checked by an Admin or Editor before it is published.

Booking admin: Can manage all bookings.

Booking agent: Can manage only the bookings they are assigned to.

Templates user: Only allowed to use activity templates.

Optional: Set a password

If you select this option, you can now set the password for this user. Make sure to communicate the password to them.

If you don't select this option, the new user will receive an email with a link to set their password themselves. This option is more secure.

Step 4: Managing existing users

Once you have saved and confirmed the new user, he/she will appear in the list of existing users.

To edit an existing user, click on "Edit".

To delete a user or change their password, click on "Actions".

That's it for the user management!
