With this release, we are introducing, two major updates that will streamline your operations and enhance the guest experience: the Guests feature and an upgraded Shopping Cart feature for staff bookings.
Introducing the Guests feature, your new guest management center
This new addition offers a practical way to oversee your guests, their check-in/out details, and all associated bookings in one place.
💡The feature is on your left-handed menu if you have a PMS integration, or will appear as soon as one of your guests enters their stay details upon login into the app.
Guest management: Overview of today’s departures, arrivals, and guests currently on site.
Easy check-in/out: This feature can easily initiate check-in or check-out processes, just like you would with the Digital Front Office.
Personalized guest profiles: On your guest's profiles, you’ll find their check-in and check-out information alongside a list of their on-site bookings, even those placed by your staff.
💡 Currently, Guests works best if you have a PMS, as all guest data is synced automatically. If your PMS isn’t integrated, your guests will enter their stay upon login, automatically creating their guest profile.

Upgraded Shopping Cart for staff bookings
We’ve also upgraded the Shopping Cart feature to simplify booking management for staff. Now, when placing a booking for a guest, staff can directly add items from the shopping cart to the booking.
For example, when booking room service, staff can now add items like a burger and a glass of wine directly from the cart to the guest’s booking, making the process faster and more efficient.
