First, you will want the guest to open your app or web page and make sure they are on the start page of the hotel. Once there, simply tap on the hotel info tile, or use the bottom bar and tap on hotel info there.

Once they arrive on the hotel info page, the guest will see various entries for example a "About the hotel". They can simply tap on an entry and will be provided the information, be linked to a website, or have the ability to look at a document such as a pdf or map of the hotel.
