What is the Notification Center?

The Notification Center is the central hub for managing your notifications. The Notification Center ensures guests never miss updates, helping maintain an organized and stress-free stay.

If your guests are not receiving notifications, but want to - ensure that they followed all of the steps in this article.

Where can your guests find the Notification Center?

Once you open the app and navigate to the start page of the hotel you are visiting, in the upper right hand corner, you will find a bell icon. When you tap on this icon, you open the Notification Center.

How can your guests use the Notification Center?

  • View Details: Tap on any notification to see more details or navigate directly to the relevant section, such as a booking or activity page.

  • Clear Notifications: To mark all notifications as read, tap the “Mark as Read” button in the top-right corner. Individual notifications are marked as read when you tap on them.

Notifications are automatically sent based on your interactions with the app. For example, you'll receive reminders for activities you've booked or alerts if a reservation is modified or canceled. These notifications help guests stay informed and on schedule during their stay.

For further details about app features and settings, you can explore additional resources in the App Basics section.

How does it function?

Once in the Notification Center, you will be able to read the notifications that have been sent. This could be automated reminder push notifications from an activity or from staff if a booking has been cancelled for a particular reason.

From here you can get more details for what activity/service/Hotel info the notification came from. When you select the title in the above image, you will be brought to the details page of the reservation/booking.
