This new feature allows your guest to cancel their room cleaning from the app, helping you save resources and costs.

Today, we are excited to introduce the GreenOption feature, allowing your guests to cancel their room cleaning directly through the app. This new feature will help you save resources, reduce costs, and funnel your guests to your app, therefore promoting your other offerings, all at the same time.

Starting July 2024, GreenOption will be automatically set up for all new customers of Hotel MSSNGR. If you joined us before this date and wish to activate this feature, please contact us at help@hotel-mssngr.com.

Save resources and boost your upselling opportunities

This feature helps save natural resources, time, and effort for your housekeeping team, ultimately reducing housekeeping costs.

But there is more to it: by enabling guests to cancel cleaning services, you will funnel them into the app, therefore increasing the chance they discover your other offers!

Easy implementation and management

To keep things easy and help you deploy this feature in your hotel, we built on the experience you are familiar with. The GreenOption feature is fully integrated with our current interface and is located in the Service area, making it easy for you to manage it as a Service booking.
